Coastline Surveys is a specialised marine geosciences and survey company operating in the UK and around the world. As part of this integrated capability, Coastline Surveys specialise in marine seabed geotechnical surveys from shallow to deep water.
With substantial in-house expertise and equipment, some of which is bespoke, we are able to help you plan and execute geotechnical surveys in such a way as to achieve your objectives, safely, to standard, in budget and on time. We have equipment to acquire geotechnical data up to 10m below seabed in water depths of up to 2,000m using a range of equipment including seabed penetrometers (CPTs), vibrocorers, piston corers, box corers and grabs.
In coastal waters out to 100km, we can also operate much of this equipment from our dedicated survey vessel MV Flatholm. All acquisition is supported by a laboratory testing and reporting facility in Suffolk and further reporting in Cornwall. Coastline Surveys offer marine geotechnical services either as a stand-alone service or as part of an integrated service.
